ArtFest attracts art lovers to Spokane's Coeur d'Alene Park



Jan Irving traveled from Moyie Springs, Idaho to ArtFest in Spokane to buy a hat from artist Eli Sanders, owner of Over the Top. Irving says over time, she has bought 35 hats from Sanders.
